November Photo-a-Day Challenge - To the End

November 23 - Brown - I recently pulled this necklace out of the jewelry archives (or rather the bottom of the jewelry box).  I made this when we first got married.  It's made from seed beads and safety pins.

November 24 - Warm - The little girl in this display is dressed up very warmly.

November 25 - Baking - The annual baking of my pumpkin roll the night before Thanksgiving.

November 26 - Cooking - Rachel helped with the cooking.  She made this delicious cornbread and this is how she ate it.

November 27 - Full - a full plate of Swedish meatballs surely made me feel full also.

November 28 - Shopping - Small Business Saturday shopping at the local antique store for vintage Christmas postcards.

November 29 - Organizing - Organizing my strips of paper for the paper Christmas light garland I made for the office.

November 30 - Happy - Happy that the garage is done and all the contractors are gone.  At least until the spring when the driveway will get redone.

I think I missed two days, but the prompts for those days were too difficult for me to come up with something. The prompts in general were pretty good ones and I'm happy I was able to find something to photograph for most of them.

November Photo-a-Day Challenge 2015 - Weeks 2 and 3

November 8 - Silly - Kirby is very silly when he sees himself in a mirror.

November 9 - Spin - A tangle that I have hanging on the refrigerator reminds me of a propellor.

November 10 - Silence - the silence of the leaves falling in the backyard.

November 11 - Orange - It was International Origami Day so I made an orange origami crane.

November 12 - Favorite - the last glimpse of one of my favorite flowers in one of my favorite colors.

November 13 - Writing - I am lucky enough to have samples of handwriting from both of my maternal grandparents.  I don't know why this is important to me, but it is.

November 14 - Wrapped Up - No photo today.

November 15 - Tasty - this is my last serving of pumpkin ice cream from the Polar Cub which closed for the season in mid-October.  Yum!

November 16 - Favorite Tech - would be my home PC - I love the colors of the opening screen.

November 17 & 18 - Cuddle and Crackly - I cleaned out the linen closet last weekend and washed some of the afghans that were in there that the kids used to cuddle with when they were younger.  The crackly part is the static that is apparent in the yarn ends standing straight out.

November 19 - Shoes - I've been on a mission lately to find shoes that not only fit correctly, but are comfortable enough for my left foot that is still a little numb from my back surgery.  I'm happy with a couple of different styles of Crocs as a matter of fact.  They have stretchy uppers and cushiony insoles and the nubs on the inside of the sole actually stimulate my foot.  This is the newest pair.

November 20 - Leaves - these are the colorful leaves of one of our oxalis plants that has come to spend the winter indoors.

November 21 - Cheerful - Running some errands recently I stopped at this cute little gift store whose store front is this bright pink, bright green, and black.  This is the doorknob on the screen door already decked out for the Christmas holidays - very cheerful.
